Diagonal is an extendable shelving system maintaining its structure and stability by the shelves themselves – instead of adding diagonal braces. The system consists of wooden frames and two different metal sheet shelves – a simple and a complex one with folded triangle surfaces in all directions. The construction and stability is prohibited by the shape of the folded surfaces of at least one or two complex shelves.
By combining a number of these two different shelves, a strong graphical and functional pattern can be composed.
